Roles & Responsibilities :- Business Development

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Meet potential clients by growing, marinating and leveraging your network
• Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Responsible for generating and sustaining profitable revenue streams.
• Working as a main contact between Clients & the Organization.
• Generating requirements from new and existing clients. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Responsible for doing current client reviews in discussion with the delivery lead
• Identifying problem areas and addressing them
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Qualification

• MBA,Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, or related area
• 4-8+ year of working experience in Business development
• Worked in Similar profile
• Worked in Recruitment and Staffing Industry ( permanent Staffing, RPO, contingent staffing)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
